Advance Shipments:
Shipments of common freight crated exhibits will be received prior to show date with storage at no charge. Freight will be delivered to booth and at end of show packed and labeled freight will be delivered from booth to loading dock or transported back to Mobile for shipping if necessary.
Rate: $60.00 Per 100 lbs. 100lbs MINIMUM
Direct Show Site Shipments:
Shipments of common freight crated exhibits will be received during show set up period only from outside carrier, freight will be unloaded and delivered to booth. At the end of show freight will be delivered from booth to loading dock for preferred carrier pick up.
Rate: $55.00 Per 100 lbs. 100lbs MINIMUM
Specialized Carriers:
Shipments arriving via carriers requiring special handling such as van lines, ups, fedex, etc. will incur an additional charge.
Additional Rate: $5.00 Per 100 lbs. 100lbs MINIMUM
International Shipments:
Shipments must accompany invoices required by customs. Documentation and broker if necessary. All international shipments must be shipped to advance warehouse address.
Additional Rate: $20.00 Per 100 lbs. 100lbs MINIMUM
Special Services:
For uncrated materials or materials requiring special handling, tracing, tracking or pick up from a different location additional rates will apply.
Rate: $10.00 Per 100 lbs. 100lbs MINIMUM
Rates do not include unpacking, installation or dismantle of booth equipment for these services please see our labor form.
