What equipment comes in a booth?
Booth packages are determined by what show management orders from us to install in the booths. The information about your specific is included inside the exhibitor kit for each show. Standard booth equipment includes 8' pipe and drape for back of booth, 3' drape for side dividers, 1-6' draped table, 2 chairs, 1 waste can and 1 exhibitor ID sign.

Can I order additional furniture?
Yes, You may order additional furnishings for your booth by filling out the Additional Furnishings order form inside your exhibitor kit. If you have a special need not listed on that form please call our office and we will do our very best to help you.

Can Gulf Coast Exhibit set up our exhibit materials?
You may request that Gulf Coast Exhibit will set up your exhibit by using the Labor Form included in your exhibitor kit.

Can I ship my exhibit materials ahead of time?
Gulf Coast Exhibit will receive, store and deliver your freight right to your booth, remove and ship it out after the event. Please fill out the Material Handling Service order form and return it to us so that we anticipate the arrival of your shipment. The Shipping instructions form inside your exhibitor kit will list the appropriate shipping address.

Can I ship my materials directly to the hotel and still have GCES put it in my booth?
Yes, Gulf Coast Exhibit will receive your shipment from the hotel and place it in your booth, remove it after the show and return it to the hotel shipping and receiving for pick up by your carrier. Please see the shipping instructions form for the direct shipping address and the material handling form.

What if my shipment does not arrive?
We know how hard it is to work without tools!! So if for some reason your shipment has not made it to its destination, Gulf Coast Exhibit will trace the package re-route if possible and in some cases go pick it up. There are additional charges for shipments requiring special handling.

Can I have electricity in my booth?
You can order electrical service to be installed in your booth by using the electrical service order form inside your kit. For standard booth lights and computer the 110v, 15amp outlet is sufficient.

Can I hang a banner in my booth
Banners may be hung but only with supplied sign hooks or hooks that do not pierce the fabric and absolutely no tape. We will have plenty of sign hooks available for your convenience.

Can I use my own extra table?
Exhibitors may use their own furnishings to set up inside booth unless it is prohibited by the show management for your event. You may rent table draping for your table using the Additional Furnishings form.

Can I rent a display to go in my booth?
Yes, Gulf Coast Exhibit offers table top and floor model display rentals on the Additional Furnishings form inside your exhibitor kit.
